I am seeking a competent lawyer to represent me in an adversary proceeding against a debtor who worked a fraud on the court by conspiring with his lawyer and my lawyer obviouslywithout my knowledge or consent to file a fraudulent stipulation to settle my proceeding, have it dismissed so as to avoid what I had every chance to win, towit, the nondischargeability of my judgment worth $515,000 dollars against the debtor under Section 523 for fraud, actual fraud and his defalcation in his role as my fiduciary.

Any suggestions or help you should be so kind and gracious to give me will be eternally appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Lawrence K, Posner
retired Illinois and Florida attorney at law

I’ve been searching the internet for places to find real estate and especially foreclosure properties across the nation. I appreciate the blog and access to the site. I also came across a Google Maps mashup that you may be interested in that lists Illinois foreclosures as well as properties across the nation. Shows the property, details, etc. It’s been a great help.
